For Express Warranty Returns
Within 30 days of Purchase:
Eligible Products:
- Server Products : Cserver, Rserver and CTServer brand server products.
- Components Products: Rackmount Chassis, Rackmount Accessories sold by PCW.
Type Of Service Available:
Express Warranty Replacement Service - PCW will immediately ship a replacement unit* or part to customer via Next Day Air Service. In some rare cases that the replacement part* is not in stock, PCW will ship the replacement unit / part as soon the part is available.
Estimate Transit Time:
PCW will ship a replacement unit to customer via Next Days Air Service.
Customer's Responsibility:
Customer needs to insure and ship back the defective unit(s) to PCW within 10 days of service request. In additional, customer is responsible for ship back the defective unit via any traceable shipping method (UPS / Fedex / Airborne Express).
For Express Warranty Replacement After 30 days of Purchase:

Express Warranty Replacement Service is priced at $129.00 per unit per year. It covers 12 months (one year) of Express Warranty Replacement Service form the date of purchase.
Express Warranty Replacement Service might be suspended, if customer did not return the defective part(s) from a previous service request. Also, the service might be suspended, if the customer has any outstanding unpaid balance with PCW.
Customers should be prepared to provide the following when calling PCW for warranty replacement service:
- Proof of purchase (Customer Invoice Numbers or Ordering Information)
- Name of the product
- Product code or serial number
- Description of the problem
- Shipping address
- Email address of customer
- Advanced Replacement Service requires a credit card number or a Purchase Order number as collateral for the replacement unit.
